EXCHANGE POLICY

This Exchange Policy applies to purchases made in our brick-and-mortar Lady Brown’s Boutique Retail Store location and online at Ladybboutique.com. All Lady Brown’s Boutique In-store purchases may only be exchanged in store during normal business hours within 7 days of original purchase. Please contact our local store for any questions about this policy information or email us at Ladybrownsboutique@yahoo.com.

Please Note: Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.

 HOW DO I EXCHANGE IN-STORE?

 To exchange your instore purchase to Lady Brown’s Boutique, please bring your items with your original receipt unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached, accompanied by your receipt. All receipts are printed out at the time of your transaction.

 HOW DO I EXCHANGE BY MAIL?

  1. A return form is included in each package.
    2. Fill out all the required information on the return form including your order number, SKU number (found on the tag or sticker) of the items you are returning and the return code.

    3. Securely pack your merchandise, return form and invoice in a box, envelope or bag of your choice.

    4. Once your package is ready, choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send to the address below that corresponds with state we shipped the package to. We will do our best to replace the exchanged item with something of your choice if item or items are currently in stock.

We recommend that all exchanges be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Exchange Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our brick-and-mortar. Shipping is not refundable.

Lady Brown’s Boutique is not liable for any exchange packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or exchange tracking number when shipping back your exchange.

  •  Once the exchange has been received and processed by our team, you will receive an email titled "Notice of Exchange" which is a copy of the exchange for your records.

The exchange will be processed and will gladly exchange or give a merchandise credit for repurchase of another item or items. We do not offer refunds. 

All clearance items, sunglasses & jewelry are final sale. 

  •   Original shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS ON FINAL SALE OR PROMOTIONS?

  •  All apparel on clearance, jewelry, and sunglasses are final sale cannot be exchanged by Mail or In-Store.

  • All "Final Sale" items listed at 15-50% off, or under a Buy 1 Get 1 half off promotion cannot be exchanged by Mail or In-store at this time. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM?

 If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at Ladybrownsboutique@yahoo.com and include a photo of the item. We will do our best to replace the item if still in stock.

All refunds are subject to approval and must meet the requirements outlined in our exchange policy. We reserve the right to deny a exchange if it does not meet the conditions of our return policy.

At this time, Lady Brown’s Boutique cannot accept returns from online orders through International online purchases.

 

ALL EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE UNWASHED, UNWORN, AND UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES, AND ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES NOT TO INCLUDE SHOES ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS AND ALL OTHERS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

GIFT CARDS/ E-GIFT CARDS ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE USED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER GIFT CARD. UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW, GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. IF DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN, GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE REPLACED WITH ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THE REMAINING VALUE IN OUR RECORDS AT THE TIME THE CARD IS REPORTED. THERE IS NO SALES TAX ON GIFT CARDS.
